Service Description
This lovely 10 week course serves as an introduction to Hatha yoga, meditation, and deeper self-connection. It can also serve as a space to deepen your practice and revisit your yoga and spiritual practice. In essence, it is for established yogis and beginners who wish to reconnect with themselves. WHAT THE COURSE INCLUDES • 10x yoga classes (1 per week) of 45 minutes – 1 hour, each. The classes are pre-recorded so that you can do them in your own time and space. • 15 Minutes of additional meditation, or, pre-recorded material ranging from discussions on topics such as meditation, the 7 chakras, journaling, morning routine etc. I.e. a wide range of information allowing you to widen your knowledge and better understand the body and mind in order to deepen your practice and heighten your potential and productivity. • Weekly skype calls with the group to meet one another, share experiences and feedback and set intentions for our new week.
